Georgetown’s only Subway sandwich shop at 3275 M St. NW is empty, but the business is expected to reappear on the opposite corner just across Potomac Street at 3277 M St. NW. That space has been empty for a while. It once housed Capitol Prague and Morso restaurants. It’s a larger space with less rent.
