Latinos Celebrate Fiesta DC (photos)

The highlight of the annual Latino Festival in Washington, D.C., also known as Fiesta DC, is the colorful Parade of Nations down Pennsylvania Avenue. This year’s event took place on Sunday, Sept. 22. The festival, designed to showcase Latino culture, coincides with Hispanic Heritage Month, which runs Sept. 15 through Oct. 15.
