2251 Wisconsin Ave. Developer: Altus Realty, Chesapeake Realty Partners and Ellisdale Construction Expected Completion: Late 2014 Units: 81 Unit Sizes: Unknown Misc: The $39-million project will revamp the building occupied by the Washington Sports Club and Glover Park Hardware and put up a second building on what is now a parking lot.
